LOAS supports manufacturing processes with acoustic detection LOAS is a company specializing in AI-based acoustic detection and tracking. We have developed technology to detect abnormalities in specific industrial facilities using multi-channel microphone sensors. We also provide a solution that allows you to check the problem through real-time video when abnormal noise occurs. Loas CEO Lee Jae-hyeon explained, "In the case of 'AI Square', an acoustic inspection system, we detect abnormal noises generated during product operation in the quality inspection of products produced during the manufacturing process and find defective products."

LOAS provided related solutions to LG Electronics. LG Electronics analyzes the sound of air purifiers, system air conditioners, etc. operating to diagnose the condition of the product. CEO Lee explained, “We provided LOAS solutions to 45 domestic and overseas air solution production lines of LG Electronics’ business headquarters.”

LOAS' solution can also be used in other unmanned-based industrial facility diagnosis systems. The scope of use of LOAS solutions has been expanded by using unmanned vehicles and drones. The company explained that demand for unmanned facility diagnosis systems has increased due to the implementation of the Severe Accident Punishment Act, aging of domestic industrial facilities, and a shortage of related skilled workers. CEO Lee said, “We plan to supply the facility diagnosis system using drones to Samsung Electronics’ Yongin Giheung business site.” In the case of an unmanned facility diagnosis system using a driving robot, we plan to conduct a demonstration project with Korea Western Power this year.
